How to Order a Police Report
All records requests are processed in accordance with the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act (CCJRA), CRS 24-72-301, et seq.
Some records may not be released, or may contain redactions, as required by law.
Police records can be requested online, in person or by mail.
For in-person requests, cash, money order and credit card payments are accepted. American Express is not accepted. For online requests, a request for payment will be sent through PayPal.
To submit a request by mail or in person: Download and complete the records request form. Completed forms may be mailed or delivered to:
